I've yet to see a game with particle-effect bans.
That would be entertainment.
Would be a pain in the butt to try and ban someone though... You would have to chase them around and everything.
@Steve: Then we could have those truly worthy and skilled enough to hunt them down be our admins (like me! ;D)
